    As a family of 6 we were very excited to be visiting our newly opened Dennys at braehead scotland on Christmas eve.
    It was very busy as expected and we were willing to wait 40 minutes t be seated at a table but once seated we waited another full hour for one of our party to brought the mega breakfast. We were told the rest of the breakfasts were being plated.
    After waiting another 30 minutes the second breakfast to arrive.
    Looking around at the other tables this was a pattern and a huge breakfast was being served to one person only and the rest had to wait. I witnessed families walking out and on hindsight I wish we did. Our experience wasn’t good we eventually all got our breakfast at least 15 to 20 minutes after each other. We would have been better dining alone.
    The waitress Beth was lovely and kept apologising to every table. We spoke to the manager who said all she could do was speak to the kitchen as others had complained. She said the next time we came in we could have a free drink. I didn’t find this good enough and we left after paying around £67 pounds for cold food. There was also items missing from the large breakfasts and were told we would get them but would have to wait and didn’t know when we would get them.
    I wanted to send this feedback to yourself and I know christmas eve is a busy day but the reception kept taking in more customers than they could serve food to.
    I was really looking forward to our Dennys first experience as we have friends in America who recommended the restaurant and promised would not be disappointed . Well all I can say is as a family we were very disappointed on a very special day.
    I hope you listen to my complaint and address the problems we encountered.
