I was at your clocktower chase in Brewster, NY today and had a very nice experience just like I have for the last couple of times. The teller Tori was really friendly and suggested I should open an account with chase to avoid the $8 fee my daughter is charged every week when she cashes her check. I enjoy coming to chase, we like how we are always greeted by smiling tellers who are cheery and have the time to make small talk. I think I am going to take her advice and we’re going to open an account for her this week. I don’t know if the tellers get credit for compliments but I think they should. I bank at TD and am unhappy but go there bc its where I always have banked. I think it is time for a change.
